“Being at the Border” is a sensorial documentary about the sense of belonging and non-belonging along the outer European borders.
In collaboration with Marieke Rodenburg (Philming, NL)Â and with the support of “MEDIANE-Diversity Inclusiveness in European Media” (a project of the Council of Europe) we did a research trip for a wider film on migration and its history along the outer borders of Europe.
We shot this teaser in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, on the tiny island of Pantelleria.
